Project Manager

Job Summary
The project manager is responsible for all project aspects, including financial and administrative matters, and for maintaining open, efficient communication with all parties, including clients, end-users, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Major objectives include managing the project within defined budgets and schedule parameters while meeting project goals and objectives and ensuring client satisfaction.

Assigned assistant project manager/project engineer

Qualifications

Education
  • BA/BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar required
Experience
  • Required
    • 5 to 10 years of commercial general contracting project management experience in a hard bid, CM, and design-build environment
    • Computer skills, minimum MS Project, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Desirable
    • 1 to 2 years of construction field experience
    • 1 to 2 years of construction estimating experience
    • Strong knowledge of Sage (Timberline) and Procore Project Management Software or comparable
    • LEED certification
    • OSHA 30 certification
    • State of MA Construction Supervisors License
    • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team environment
